Mother’s Day

Dear Emma,

Today is Mother’s Day. I realize just how blessed I am to be able to celebrate this day. My children are my world. Big Mae, Little Mae, and Emma. The pain I feel that Emma is not here with us on this earth is gut wrenching. But I have two amazing beautiful daughters here with me that I can hug, kiss, love and snuggle. The pain that many go through trying to have children, miscarriages, infertility... I realize that despite the biggest loss of my life I am still blessed. I will cherish each memory, each hug, each kiss, each smile, the laughter and the tears. Each day is a gift. Treasure every moment that we get because I know that nothing is ever guaranteed. So happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there whether your children are here or in heaven.
